Sue has been cooking since she was a child. Her grandmother inspired her love of food. She wants to pursue her culinary arts certificate so that she can work in a restaurant, which has been her dream since she was ten years old. Her ultimate goal is to own her own restaurant one day, or work in a Michelin-starred restaurant. 

Here is a personal note from Sue:
