HOW TO APPLY AS A VETERAN
Step-by-Step Enrollment
- Take a tour of Metropolitan Culinary Arts Institute (MCAI) in Arlington, Virginia.Ā Book a Tour.Ā Or Call (571) 484-1698.
- During the tour, fill out enrollment form.
- Call the VA to request your Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
- Submit your COE to MCAI admissions.
- Complete enrollment at MCAI and begin training on semester start date.

Are programs hands-on and in-person?
Yes. Instruction emphasizes practical, in-kitchen training.
Are programs online?
No. All instruction is in-person, in-kitchen training.
